Important Notes & Disclaimers
Flat Fees Are Non-Refundable: All flat-fee payments are considered earned upon receipt and are non-refundable, even if the client discontinues the process or changes their mind.
Hourly Services May Apply: If the copyright matter becomes more complex—such as responding to a substantive USCO refusal, negotiating with third parties, or handling disputes—hourly billing may apply at $250/hour, with prior client approval.
Multiple Versions or Changes to the Mark: Pricing covers a single version of the trademark. Multiple revisions, major changes to wording/design, or rescoping goods/services may incur additional fees.
Delays Caused by Clients: If delays occur due to client inaction, incomplete information, or failure to approve filings in a timely manner, additional fees may apply for re-review, rush handling, or re-filing.
USCO Processing Times: USCO timing is outside of our control. Most applications take less than 6 months from filing to registration, depending on complexity and examiner review.
A signed engagement agreement and payment are required before work begins. This page does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
